Fresh Produce & Food
Fresh produce & food, such as wheatgrass or microgreens, are perishable products. We strive to make sure every item leaving our facility meets quality standards, it is always possible we have made an error.
If you are not happy with something, we will try to do our best, be fair and make things right.
We DO NOT accept returns for food due to their perishable nature and food safety concerns. If you believe your produce has spoiled within 2 days of receiving it, it may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.
Please keep the product in your refrigerator and make note of the “cut on” or “use by” date found on your item and contact us.
If you ordered a package of fresh produce and the order was delayed in transit due to an address error (provided by customer), or is not stored properly (example: refrigerated), your order is likely not eligible for credit.
